  • What do I need to make an appointment?
    You don't need a referral to make an appointment. However, to get a Medicare rebate we suggest you speak to your GP to get a Mental Health Treatment Plan. A Mental Health Treatment Plan will entitle you to Medicare rebates for up to 20 sessions per year. Your GP will initially give you a Treatment Plan for 6 sessions, after which you can see them to extend the plan.
  • How do I get there by car?
    We are located 12 Century Circuit, Norwest, NSW 2153. There is free parking available in front of the Coles at Norwest Marketown. Simply cross the road to the two tall buildings (8-12 Century Circuit) and walk to the second building (12 Century Circuit). We are on Level 3 at Sydney Health Connections.
  • How do I get there by public transport?
    We are located 400m from the Norwest Metro Station.
  • What should I bring to my first appointment?
    For the first appointment, please bring: The referral letter from your GP, paediatrician, or psychiatrist The mental health treatment plan (if you have one) and Medicare card
  • What should I expect for my first appointment?
    It's normal to feel nervous before your first appointment. Our job is to help you feel comfortable and ask you questions to understand your goals. We will have a conversation with you to understand your story and your goals and challenges. At the end of the first session, you will receive some strategies to get you started towards your personalised goals.
  • How long is each appointment?
    Each appointment lasts for 50 minutes
  • Do you also offer online appointments?
    Yes, we also offer telehealth appointments.
